TO THE AUTHORS

By submitting a proposal, the author agrees to the following terms:

The author retains copyright, granting the journal the right of first publication.
Texts will be distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution license, which allows the work to be shared with third parties, provided they acknowledge the authorship, its initial publication in this journal, and the license terms.

Submitted works must be original, unpublished, and not under review or under editorial commitment to any other publication. As part of the submission process, authors are required to declare the originality of their proposal on a submission verification form.

All articles will undergo a double-blind peer review process as explained in the Publisher's Policies. As stated in the Ethical and Best Practices Declaration, in accordance with international standardization norms, the editorial team is responsible for the evaluation and publication process without regard to the authors' race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political affiliation. No specific institutional affiliation or academic degree is required; original work is welcome within the scientific, academic, and/or social fields, from any individual, university, research center, or institution.

The Journal of Public Communication of Science does not use Article Processing Charges (APCs) or request payments from authors/readers for access to the journal's full content or for the evaluation of their publication proposals.

The proposal submission process includes:

Registering and/or logging in as an author on the website.
Selecting the section for which the proposal is being submitted (Articles, Reviews, or Interviews) and the language of the submission.

Agree to the terms of the copyright notice when submitting and accept the declaration of originality by completing the submission verification form.
